Matt Jones

Owner/Project Manager

Matt has over 25 years of construction experience in remodeling, renovation & new construction with a focus on historic restoration and preservation.  As a project manager for both residential and commercial clients, Matt has overseen the coordination and scheduling of all areas of subcontracting, including excavation, carpentry, roofing, insulation and drywall, historic plaster restoration, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, security installation, masonry, cabinetry, windows, doors and finish work, as well as working closely with the local inspectors, *Historic Review Boards and local government to ensure proper permits and inspections are completed.  Matt takes great pride in his ability to listen, stay level headed through adversity and resolve issues to meet the challenges of renovating, restoring and building to create a positive outcome for each customer.
